1982 Citation Camper located at Pioneer Landing Campground and Marina in Butler TN Watauga lake. Has new window knobs, new inside lights, new commode and new bathtub. Camper has been pressured washed since these pics
were taken. Cannot live there full time. Great awesome landlord and good neighbors. Quite peaceful campsite. Lot rent is $4400 a year broken into quarterly payments. Watauga lake just steps away. Nice large covered porch. We bought and used it last year and enjoyed it very much but due to finances right now we can no longer pay. Very eager to sell.
