Complete kit, used for towing my Jeep behind by motorcoach. Roughly 40 lbs and tows 3-tons.
Excellent condition, all there, including storage/carry bag.
Works great!
Sitting on the shelf for 3+ years, just don't need it anymore. (sold Jeep, sold coach).
I probably made 6-8 trips with this, all east of the MS River, never farther than FL, OH or KY.
