Red Door Renovation is seeking an individual to join our team doing kitchen remodeling projects around Boone and the surrounding communities. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing interior and exterior trim components with precision and skill. Your expertise in carpentry will contribute to high-quality projects across residential and restoration sites. We are looking for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
Arrive to shop or jobsite on time, work quickly and efficiently with a production mindset. Well organized, attention to detail is a must!
Interpret plans and specifications provided by the project manager.
Be polite and courteous to our customers, keep the work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
Cooperate with the team, keeping everyone’s best interests in mind.
Able to keep track of tools and keep your jobsite/ work truck organized.
Communicate with the project manager daily about progress.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
Skills:
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
Expertise in using power tools and hand tools
Ability to measure, cut, and install trim with precision
Knowledge of different types of wood and their properties
Willing to learn or be trainable
Able to follow directions without deviation
Additional Skills (preferred but not required):
Prior experience working with wood veneers or cabinet refacing
Prior experience in cabinet setting
Able to install crown molding
