Looking for an adult roommate, age preferably over 30 but could consider otherwise , sexual preference really not an issue definitely a no drama household .I have an upstairs space that I’m looking to rent out to the right person. You must be able to climb a library ladder just saying that because it’s not conventional stairs.It’s an upstairs space that I’m looking to rent out to the right person with the use of the rest of the house. It’s a shared bathroom with any visitors in the house, I have my own bathroom in the master bedroom. I do travel quite a bit, so it needs to be somebody that can live by themselves if necessary and keep the place clean and not abused it when I’m gone for sometimes for several months. my house is a barn dominium and about 6 miles from Boone and about a half a mile from the acupuncture school in Cove Creek. The driveway is a bit steep so a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended especially for the winter. At this time, a person wouldn’t be able to have a pet because I have recently gotten a new puppy. if you’re a quiet type person and don’t smoke and this sounds interesting. The cost of 650 a month. there is furniture in the space at this time, but if a person doesn’t need it, I can move it to the storage area that is also upstairs. text is the best way to communicate with me.
