Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed established sales goals through active selling and team support
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and solution-based selling
Coordinate deliveries and customer pick-ups to ensure smooth and timely service
Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures
Oversee stock-related duties including receiving shipments, merchandising, organizing inventory, and lifting/moving home goods as required
Support training and motivating sales associates to meet performance targets
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
Organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
