What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Diagnose & Repair: Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
Routine Maintenance: Perform standard services including oil changes, brake replacements, fluid flushes, alignments, and tire rotations.
System Overhauls: Tackle larger repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, and steering system work.
Quality Control: Inspect vehicles thoroughly for safety and additional maintenance needs, providing clear and honest recommendations.
Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bay area, respecting shop tools and equipment.
Learn & Grow: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Skills: Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, engine performance, suspension, and brakes.
Credentials:
A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required to test drive vehicles).
ASE Certifications are a huge plus (we will help pay for you to get certified/re-certified!).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Mindset: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
