Me, my wife and our 11 year old son are looking for a 6 to 12 month rental within 30 minutes of Boone, NC. We have a 40 lb dog.

Our move in date can be anytime in late August. Our budget is approximately $1800 for a furnished/utilities included property, or approximately $1500 for a standard rental.
