My name is Carla. I'm a 33 year old female and I have a ESA cat named Shadow. I'm looking for a place to rent anywhere in North Carolina. Currently temporarily living in someone's car garage that has no ac and heat. Also because of issues with mold and floor caving in the bathroom in the house that I have to come in the house to use. I am disabled and prefer a place that does not have stairs to get in the place due to having to use a mobility aid to get around but would be open to it if the place does have a few stairs to get in the place. Would also like something that is close to a grocery store that I could walk to but i am open to a place that is not near the grocery stores. I'm a clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant who pays my rent own time. Just currently got my disability. I am looking for something that is under $1,050 a month with all utilities included if possible. I would need something before the end of April ASAP please. The place can be a studio, one bedroom, trailer, or a basement to rent. I am looking to rent a whole place and not a room. If anyone has something available or knows of something please let me know. I am also open to a rent to own type of place.
