Me and my spouse are looking for an apartment or house in Boone or surrounding areas. We have one very well behaved, 20lb dog, and 2 cats (ESAs, never known to destroy anything).
We have lived in Boone for 10+ years and both work steady healthcare positions. We can provide letters of recommendations from employers, landlords, and locals.
The one requirement we have is that it have in unit laundry. We would like to stay below 1600/month. Additionally, we would love to have a local landlord if possible, as we like to support local rather than corps.
