Responsibilities and Qualifications include:

Support the Lead Chefs and AM Kitchen Manager in food preparation, cooking, ordering and training of staff.

Creative input is welcomed and very much encouraged.

All applicants must provide professional work references, resume and detailed work history.

Cooking: 3+years Preferred but we are willing to train the right individual

License: ServSafe (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time with Flexible schedule

Additional Info: This is not a seasonal position. The Bayou is open year 'round.
