We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented cleaner to handle turnover cleanings at our cabin to perform light maintenance, and ensure each unit is guest-ready after every stay. 🏡 You’ll be responsible for cleaning, laundry, restocking, and staging to create a five-star experience for our guests.
🚀 We’re growing fast! We have a substantial amount of listings in the Triangle and looking to expand in the High Country as this is a place I want to spend more time. We’re seeking a long-term partnership with a reliable cleaner who can grow with us. Vacation rental or hotel housekeeping experience required! This role is perfect for someone who already has a cleaning business and can handle additional ongoing work. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
📅 Schedule and Availability:
⏰ Must be available for turnover cleanings between 11 AM - 4 PM, any day of the week. (Checkouts can happen daily.)
🚗 Reliable transportation required.

🧼 Responsibilities:
• Thoroughly clean each unit (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, sanitizing, etc.)
• Complete laundry and linen service each turnover
• Maintain staging and aesthetics so every unit looks picture-perfect 📸
• Inventory and supply management/ordering
• Maintain Exterior spaces and furniture
• Maintain and handle spa/hot tub treatments and care
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues 🔧
• Handle minor repairs and hire handymen when needed
• Communicate efficiently with management and staff 📲
• Use apps/software to submit invoices professionally and on time
