I have a 12 x 16 Tiny House with a loft that has a 7 foot ceiling so it’s plenty of room to stand up upstairs. It has a standup shower, toilet and sink of course in the bathroom, refrigerator, stove and sink in the small kitchen area.Propane heat and electric is included. The long-term tenant that’s been in it for several years has recently bought a house and is looking to be moved out the end of January. The lease runs until the end of July but could definitely be renewed for the right person. It’s $850 a month and it takes first last and deposit of $850 each to move in. The space is available for one person and no pets. The driveway is a bit steep so it is best to have a four wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicle. It’s 6 miles from Boone and less than a half mile from the acupuncture school in Cove Creek/Sugar Grove area. texting is the best way to communicate with me.
