Small space, no room for slides, rent posted is for ONE person. MAX 2 people in unit rent for two is $400 (We have another closely that will allow a larger unit, but only for one occupant) 20/30/50 amp service, tenant pays elec. Minimum of a 6 month lease, then month to month is possible.
$360 month plus $300 security deposit.
