This is for a cabin, 2 covered parking spaces and one indoor storage or workspace. It's off grid, you will need a Jackery or solar panel and charging station to bring along - and a headlamp - for your lights at night. Woodstoves in both areas, must have experience with using a woodstove. One adult fixed short hair dog may be considered, but prefer no pets. This is a quiet space, not on a through road but a quiet gravel drive with our own mountain to hike on and enjoy million dollar views. It's not for someone who does not have some sort of outdoor experience, and understands what off grid means. Spring nearby, water source and private use bathroom is nearby as well with hot shower.
