I have a creekside cabin that needs drywall and some fixing up. electric can't go on until drywall is complete. If you're interested I may consider trading work for rent, but you need to have experience and a background check. For the summer or longer term, 20 minutes to appstate along HWy 421. Swimming hole is spring fed (about 50 feet in diameter) and creek is stocked if you are a fisherman this place is awesome. Near road but very private. Send your name and phone number for a response.
