Off Grid Cabin....what does that mean. It's not finished so there's no electric hooked up yet, creekside, there's a spring fed creek and you have access nearby to a private (single person at a time use) outdoor entrance Shower/bathroom. No standard running water or shower is on site, the swimming hole is exclusive and private to this unit. Must walk down to the cabin and park in parking area/space along road. Wood Stove/outdoor living/backpacking necessary. No response without full name and phone number. Minimum 6 month lease, then month to month.

To move in: First, and security deposit.
20 min to downtown Boone, 8 minutes to Food Lion in Mountain City.
