As far as utilities go: water runs about $40 dollars a month, internet runs about $40 dollars a month, and electric varies based on the heating but it can be anywhere from $40-$80. All the bills would be split evenly between you and the current roommate.

The place is a really nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment about 1 mile west up King's street, and the AppalCart stops right outside every 15 minutes and goes straight to campus. The bedroom you'd be renting has an attached full bath - bathtub with shower, toilet, sink. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove top, oven, and double sink. The living room is very spacious and there is a washer and dryer in a closet attached to the living room. The current roommate is pretty easy to get along with - the only reason I'm moving is that a good friend on the other side of town has given me the opportunity to move in with them, and their apartment is closer to where most of my classes are.
