I"m studying abroad this spring and need someone (female) to sublet my room at Mountaineer Village. The apartment is great, really large for the money. Bedroom is approx 13x13, with a very large, PRIVATE bathroom with a full bathtub and shower and plenty of storage. The closet in the bedroom is pretty big too. The rent is $510 a month, which includes EVERYTHING....(water, heat, AC, electric, cable, internet (wireless and ethernet) ect. All appliances are included (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave) The clubhouse also has a pool, workout room, movie theater, tanning beds, extra computers/printers to use and game room. The views are pretty great too. It's about a mile from campus, right off 421, there is plenty of parking...and parking for visitors too! (they dont tow) i have always found a spot right next to my building so its really not an issue like other places. THe bus also comes about every 15 minutes. My roommates are great, both seniors and really chill. They both have a lot of living room furniture and kitchen stuff, so you'd only have to worry about furnishing the bedroom.
Move in time is really flexible as I have another place to stay in town..so you can move in as soon as you'd like.
