I am looking for a female subleaser for the Spring Semester 2010. I am studying abroad and appreciate a subleaser! I am VERY willing to negotiate rent per month to bring it down. The apartment has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. My roommates are really great and really clean. The apartment is fully furnished and has a washer and dryer. Rent is all inclusive (utilities like water, electricity, internet, cable, etc). There are great amenities available - a pool and hot tub (seasonal), tennis courts, basketball courts, a 1/4 mile track, volleyball net, picnic area, car wash station, rec room, fitness room, and a study room. The Pop 105 bus comes every fifteen minutes and runs directly to campus. It is a really great apartment! please email me if you are interested.
