Hi, I am student teaching in another county come January and need to sublet my private bedroom and bath in a 3br apt at the Village of Meadowview (see floor plan at http://www.thevillageofmeadowview.com/living.html ).

What you would receive:
-a private bedroom with a private bath (NOT a bedroom that shares the jack and jill on the floor plan)
-2 clean roommates, nice calm girls. not big partiers, but won't keep you from having your friends over
-a spacious common area
-nice kitchen with double sink, oven/stovetop, microwave, fridge and dishwasher (for exact specs, see floor plan)
-guaranteed parking in the complex
-access to the clubhouse, which has a pool for laps, a workout room, a computer/printing work area, and a sun deck
-appalcart comes twice an hour, at :08 and :38
-cable and Internet are included in rent; water and electricity have allowances included in the rent
-washer and dryer in-unit

What would be expected of you:
-rent is $480/mo., due to the roommates by the 2nd of the month
-cleanliness and courtesy
-no pets (fish in a small tank, sea monkeys, and pet rocks are negotiable, but anything else is not)
-if utilities go over, splitting the excess with the roommates-- no matter what
-if you decide not to stay until the end of the lease, you will still be expected to pay the rent OR find a suitable subleaser
-non-smoker
