This house is in immaculate condition, and is for sublease for the spring semester of 2010 until the end of May, or until the end of June if you like. I'm currently living with 2 other people, who are very easy to get along with and pay every bill on time. The only reason I need to sublease my room for this semester, is because I am going to study abroad in Spain. So if you are transferring here next semester or are looking for another place to live starting in January or February, this is the perfect place. The rent is $400, which is a really good deal if you could actually see this place, but it does not include utilities.
