I am in dire need of a subleaser for the spring semester. I am doing my internship in Greensboro and need to be able to pay for a place there. I am only subleasing my room out of the 4 in the apartment. The kitchen is huge the appliances are very nice and up to date. The rooms are spacious. I share a bathroom with a clean guy. The landlord is awesome, he doesn't mind if the rent is a couple days late as long as he gets it within 5 days of the first. The other roommates are really cool guys. With all the other bills rent is around 340 or so a month. EXTREMELY CHEAP!! Located conveniently near walmart and food lion and harris teeter. I can sublease either a guy or a girl it doesn't matter as long as you don't mind living with a bunch of guys. Below is a link to pics of the apartment. Thanks for your time!
