One bedroom for rent in a two bedroom two bath apartment ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED WITH TWO CAR GARAGE. We are VERY FLEXIBLE about when we need to move, but sooner the better (Dec or Jan is no problem too). Also two people are allowed to live in the one room (thats what we do now) and we also have a roommate. If you do have two people living in the one room the rent can be split three ways and made cheaper (also what we do now) so the rent would be $413 each. Our roommate is very chill but also likes to have a good time every so often, he does work a ton so he is not a home much. The apartment is very large, we have two dogs and they have no problem running around. Also the DOG DEPOSIT IS ALREADY PAID ($300) so you could have two pets of any kind and they would not cost you anything unless you renew the lease in Aug. The apartment complex (THE VILLAGE OF MEADOW VIEW) is very nice and looks over the town of Boone. The appcart bus (Purple bus) comes up to the apartments every 15 mins.
