Looking for a spring subleaser for my apartment in Tamarack. Really great location. Rent is ONLY $275 a month and utilities are about $75 a month, usually less. Really great area, close to appalcart. Would share a bathroom with 1 person, who is rarely there. My room is painted but I am willing to paint it back to white.
