Female subleaser needed for Spring 2010. It is a 2 bdrm apartment, fully furnished with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Rent includes all amenities (power, cable, high speed internet, local phone line). Full washer and dryer. There is a security system in the apartment, with individual locks on the bedroom door. On-site manager and security 24/7. AppalCart runs right through the apartment complex every 15 min. Clubhouse including basketball, tennis, volleyball, workout room, game room, pool, jacuzzi, computer lab, private study carrolls (printers are hooked up to ASU system so you can print using your AppCard). Other occupant is an education major. I need a subleaser because I will be going home to student teach in the spring.
