Looking for a female subleasor for the spring 2010 semester at Appalachian State University! She will need to share a four bedroom two bathroom apartment with three other girls! The rent is $440 due at the beginning of each month. Apartments are very nice and come fully furnished, including a tv in the living room. There is a pool and hot tub on site along with a full gym, basketball and tennis courts. A computer lab is in the clubhouse to help students through out their studies and the apartments are accessible to the Appalcart route which takes students to and from the university.

I will pay the December rent and the $100 sub-lease fee. This apartment lease only goes through June, so this will be one less month to pay for!

If you have a friend you are looking to live with in this apartment, there are 2 rooms open!! Just let me know in an e-mail how many are interested in the apartment.

You can move in as early as December 19th, both of the rooms will be cleaned out by then.

The other roommates already have a lot of the kitchen appliances and are more than willing to share.


The apartment is located on the 3rd floor where the ceilings are vaulted, creating a much bigger area than the other apartments. Also, it is located near the mailboxes, appalcart stand, office, and has a nice view of the pool.
