The apartment is relatively new, built circa 2005.  It has arched entryways, white walls, and is carpeted.  It includes all appliances including washer/dryer and central heat/AC.  Utilities are not included but electric bills are very low in the winter because we are a central unit and pull heat from our surrounding neighbors.

We have 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom apartment. These apartments were brand new at the beginning of this semester (fall 09). We are on the corner of water st. and king st. (in the same intersection of the court house/trolley stop/Murphys) The rent is $560 a person which includes all utilities and if I'm not mistaken a 75 dollar allowance on water/electricity. These are individual leases, and they run out next year at the end of the summer. Each bedroom gets there own bath and closet and the rooms are around 8' by 10'. I posted some pics of what the place looks like to give you an idea. Pets are not permitted. Its about a 10-15 minute walk to campus depending on where your going. Some of the other things is we have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a mail box outside. One of the downsides is, we have no windows because of being attached to Koncepts, just letting you know.

Me and Michael are pretty laid back but won't take no bull. So if your interested and not a douche bag, email me and we can maybe set up a certain day during this Christmas break where me or one of my roommates can show you the place and help get you setup. Looking for a female subleasor for the spring 2010 semester at Appalachian State University! She will need to share a four bedroom two bathroom apartment with three other girls! The rent is $440 due at the beginning of each month. Apartments are very nice and come fully furnished, including a tv in the living room. There is a pool and hot tub on site along with a full gym, basketball and tennis courts. A computer lab is in the clubhouse to help students through out their studies and the apartments are accessible to the Appalcart route which takes students to and from the university.

I'm subleasing my room for this coming semester. The apartment is very nice, will be almost fully furnished(couches, recliner, tv stand, bed, desk, etc..), good view, and extremely close to campus. Located directly behind Blockbuster on Faculty St, it only takes two or three minutes to walk to campus or use the bus stop if the weather is bad. The unit has central air/heat (big plus in Boone!), a nice kitchen, and sizable bathroom/shower. The rooms are quite large with good sized closets. Power bill has been very reasonable, even during the colder months. The landlords are cool and you get a parking spot for the building. Not a bad deal.
