The apartment is 2 bedroom 2 bath with a very large Kitchen and living room in the Village of Meadview. It has washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances. The apartment is very large, we have one German Shepherd mix dog and she has no problem running around. Also the dog deposit is already paid, so you could have two pets of any kind and they would only cost you $35 a month (limit is 45 lbs, but not really too strict on that). The apartment complex is very nice and looks over the town of Boone. The appcart bus (Purple bus) comes up to the apartments atleast twice an hour. Ten minute ride to campus!!

I'm trying to move out end of December to get ready for the holidays and my internship for next semester, but I can be flexible about when I will move.

The apartment complex has many amenities such as:
club house, sun deck, pool, gym, lounge, on-site maintainence, great views.

Roommate is complete sweetheart. She's quiet and busy. A undergraduate biology major, and works a lot. All she asks for is no smoking or incense burning. She has her boyfriend over a lot, but doesn't mind if you have company over whenever you please. She's easygoing and has a dog. The dog is a German Shepherd mix. Very sweet, great with people of all ages and other dogs. She's playful and loves to kiss.

You only have to pay for the $35 application fee. I can ask them to hold the security deposit and transfer it to your name (that's $100!!). If you're interested and reply fast, I will also offer to pay January's rent ($533). Can't beat that!! :) (that's over $500 you don't have to pay!! and an extra $100 after you move out!! :)
